Glad You Asked: Beat Society, Powerman 5000 & Rodriguez

Dear GYA, As an adult who loves his toys and still thinks he's a twelve year old boy, I think it's a shame that Chipotle (pronounced; Chip-Odle) now bans big ass guns in their restrunts. This is clearly a war people who haven't learned to keep their hobbies to themselves. What's next Chipotle, you gonna ban us from bringing in our jet-skis?! Or our medieval sword collections?! Or, for Christ's sake, our god damn Precious Moment figurines?!--- Anything happening today less bullshit than Chipotle? - Randy Randers, Rose Park---

Randy, I couldn't agree more, why even have a gun if you can't carry it with you everywhere you go and make people feel uncomfortable? Here's what's happening today:

Rock band Powerman 5000 will be at Lo-Fi Cafe this evening. 9 Electric, Perish Lane, A Balance of Power and Change to Fire are also on the bill. The show starts at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $15.

Folk musician Rodriguez will be at The Depot tonight. The show starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $50.

Local hip-hop and EDM producers will converge at The Hotel tonight for the 6th Annual Utah Beat Society. The music starts at 9 p.m.
