Dear GYA, I'll be entering my dog in the K-9s In Flight: Dock Diving and Agility Dog Show today at the Utah State Fair, and to be honest, by dog I mean I've hired a neighborhood kid to wear a dog costume and jump off a dock. I'm sick of losing this thing and word on the street is that this Kevin kid has crazy ups. Anything to do today besides dog jumping? - Art Vanderhune, Salt Lake City

Idaho-based experimental punk band Danny The Skeleton Horse will be at the Shred Shed tonight. The show starts at 7 p.m. 

Local bands The Pleasure Thieves, Breakers and The Bully will be playing a free show at Urban Lounge this evening. The music starts at 8 p.m.  

Alt-rock band Seether will be at The Complex. Hooga is also on the bill. The show starts at 7 p.m. Tickets are $23.
