Dear GYA, I want to go to the Elton John show tonight at the Maverik Center but I have a terrible fear that instead of classics like "Tiny Dancer," "Rocket Man," and even to a lesser extent, "I'm Still Standing," we might be subjugated to Lion King tracks like "Circle of Life," "Can You Feel The Love Tonight" and for the love god, possibly "I Just Can't Wait To Be King." Should I take the risk? - Kylie Mounstly, South Salt Lake
Kylie, as they say in
The Lion King, "Hakuna Matata." In case you didn't know, "it means no worries." So, I wouldn't worry about it. It's Sir Elton John, the man could pound his head against the piano for 40 minutes and it would still be worth it.
The show starts at 8 p.m. Tickets start at $26.
