Greetings, music fans. There's a lot of rock and punk coming out this week, but first up is an album that's virtually in a category all of its own: the 15th (and final) album from Pink Floyd,
The Endless River. It's not technically a
new album, as it was made by compiling 20 hours of unused material from the making of
The Division Bell, released in 1994, but fans should definitely check it out. There's a sample from
The Endless River below, but complete official audio is tough to find online, so you should really just pick up a copy of the record.
Also being released this week is new stuff from Texas rock band ... And You Will Know Us By the Trail of Dead; New York punk-rock band Parquet Courts (as Parkay Quarts); British psych-noise outfit Hookworms; and New York folk/punk band Cult of Youth.
