Dear GYA, I'm thinking about going to the Suicidal Tendencies show tonight at The Depot. Any suggestions on how to fold a proper metal bandana, aka a bandallica? - Kris Golsters, Salt Lake City 

Kris, first, fold the bandana in half diagonally on a flat surface. Next, be sure that your folds are at least 3 to 4 inches wide and continue folding until you run out of fabric. At this point, your bandana should look like a bandallica, so securely tie it behind your head and headbang to thrash music to test durability.

Crossover thrash band Suicidal Tendencies will be at The Depot tonight. Trash Talk will open up. The show starts at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $24. 


A couple other options for tonight:

Blues legend Coco Montoya will be at the Bleu Bistro this evening. The show starts at 7 p.m.

Rap-metal band Molotov will be at The Complex. La Calabera Garbanzera is also on the bill. The show starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $30.
