On Wednesday, June 10th, beginning at 6:30 PM, Silver Fork Lodge will host a 5-course wine pairing dinner. The evening will feature the wines of Caymus Vineyards and some of the Wagner Family of Wine products, which include Caymus, Mer Soleil, Conundrum, Belle Glos and Emmolo.
In 1971 Charlie Wagner and his wife Lorna Belle Glos Wagner started on their journey to start a family vineyard. A year later Caymus Vineyards was born and the Wagners produced their first vintage, consisting of 240 cases of Cabernet Sauvignon. Since then, Caymus vineyards has remained 100% family owned and has focused their efforts in the production of quality Cabernet Sauvignon. Caymus is now a part of the "Wagner Family of Wines" which features other labels and outstanding varietals.
In attendance for the evening will be a representative of the Wagner Family of Wine along with Francis Fecteau, owner of Utah's own Libations, Inc.
The cost for the dinner and wine pairings is $85 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Dinner without wine pairings is available for $30.
