WESTWORLD Extras Casting for Southern Utah | Buzz Blog
We need your help.

Newspapers and media companies nationwide are closing or suffering mass layoffs since the coronavirus impacted all of us starting in March. City Weekly's entire existence is directly tied to people getting together in groups--in clubs, restaurants, and at concerts and events--which are the industries most affected by new coronavirus regulations.

Our industry is not healthy. Yet, City Weekly has continued publishing thanks to the generosity of readers like you. Utah needs independent journalism more than ever, and we're asking for your continued support of our editorial voice. We are fighting for you and all the people and businesses hardest hit by this pandemic.

You can help by making a one-time or recurring donation on PressBackers.com, which directs you to our Galena Fund 501(c)(3) non-profit, a resource dedicated to help fund local journalism. It is never too late. It is never too little. Thank you. DONATE

The setting of the HBO series Westworld may be populated with robots, but they still need real people to play them. Maybe that includes you.

Bill Dance Casting is looking for local extras as Westworld begins filming part of its second season in Southern Utah later this month. Male and female extras are needed, in all ethnicities and types, with some specifications. Men may have 1890s-appropriate facial hair, or be clean shaven; women are expected to have long, natural hair that is a single color.

Those interested in the paid extra roles and available for shooting mid-to-late October are asked to send an unposed photo (even a good ol' selfie) and costuming measurements (for women, height, weight, dress size, bust, waist, hips and shoe size; for men, height, weight, shirt size, jacket size, pants waist & length and shoe size) to westworldutah@gmail.com. Include name and contact information (including phone number), of course.
