Thai me up! According to owner Vipada Chitratont, the former Thai Garden has reopened as Thai Garden Restaurant and Noodles House. Park City’s Easy Street Brasserie is offering half-price entrees through November, including its lobster “mac & cheese,” Chilean sea bass, steamed PEI mussels, beef tenderloin and 20-ounce ribeye. n nChef on the move: According to a spokesperson for Bambara restaurant, “Executive chef Dave Jones will be leaving to return to Log Haven restaurant. We are very sad to lose such a talent and great friend, but we fully support him and wish him great success in his new undertaking.” A national chef search is underway, and I’m told that Bambara is very close to announcing its new chef. Stay tuned.
