Beginning Organic Gardening Saturday, Feb. 21
It’s hard nowadays to take a bite out of anything without swallowing 200 percent more than your daily requirement of plastic and pesticides. All the more reason to learn how to go green, from the comfort of your own back yard. And, after you get the organic gardening basics from the green thumbs of the Wasatch Community Gardens, you, too, can wage your own, very tasty rebellion against corporate agribusiness.
