Thanks for Frances Moody’s article “Buying Local for Dummies” [Dining Guide, Oct. 25, City Weekly]. Unfortunately, it wasn’t long enough to mention other sources of locally grown and produced items.

Cali’s Natural Foods (389 W. 1700 South) specializes in as-local-as-possible, as-organic-as-possible, fresh produce and bulk goods and features locally produced prepared foods and personal items. Cali’s also carries the most in-demand food confections served at Elevated Cuisine Group’s local vegetarian eateries Sage’s Cafe, Vertical Diner and Cafe Supernatural.
