Chocolate lovers, rejoice! This fun, hands-on class is devoted to your favorite food group. As we explore (and taste) different types of chocolate, you'll learn how to incorporate it into a variety of delicious confections. Our instructor will walk you through the steps of making a perfectly risen chocolate soufflé–from whipping whites to proper folding techniques. You'll enjoy working alongside other students discovering how to easily make your own truffles, bark, and caramels. After mastering a few basics, you'll look forward to creating your own chocolate treats for family and friends.
