Cold Stone is best known as a party place to create your own ice cream concoctions. Mix it up with cake batter flavored ice cream, Snickers bars and white chocolate chips. One has the option to choose from around 20 different ice cream flavors, and mixing in as many of the different toppings as it can hold. From gummy bears to heath bars, it's not just about sprinkles anymore (although there are usually a few choices for those too). Customers have the choice to make it as simple or complex as they can. And then once the ice cream and toppings choices are finally decided on, then comes the choice of what kind of bowl one can handle. Fresh homemade waffle cones and bowls, plain, chocolate dipped, chocolate dipped with sprinkles, chocolate dipped with nuts, etc ad infinitum. Part of the fun is watching the workers not just mix, but fold and refold to get the best spread of the concoction on a frozen slab before placing it in the bowl.
