Take date night to a whole new level by inviting your special someone to a romantic dinner in Tuscany–no passport required! Our instructor will share secrets for creating bold, authentic Tuscan dishes bursting with seasonal flavors. You'll work alongside your date and other students learning to roast and sear vegetables and easily create a vinaigrette and tapenade from scratch. We'll walk you through the steps of preparing perfect pork medallions–from stuffing and wrapping to proper cooking techniques. Then we'll finish off on a sweet note with a pumpkin-ginger tiramisu that's perfect for fall entertaining.
