Our instructor will walk you through essential techniques for everything from searing steak to creating a savory pan sauce. You'll learn to sauté vegetables, make vinaigrette from scratch, and even prepare a sous-vide poached egg. We'll end the evening on a sweet note with a decadent pot de crème inspired by the flavors of fall.
