Chocolate lovers, rejoice! This fun, hands-on class is devoted to your favorite food group. As we explore (and taste) different types of chocolate, you'll learn how to incorporate seasonal flavors to create a variety of delicious confections. You'll enjoy working alongside other students discovering how to easily make your own truffles, barks, caramels and biscotti. After mastering a few basics, you'll look forward to treating family and friends to delectable homemade holiday gifts.
