There is still a little time to get in on The Mandarin Restaurant’s 2008 Dumpling Festival, which runs through Monday, April 14. The Dumpling Festival showcases handmade dumplings and dipping sauces like curry chicken and pine nut, Thai style pork and scallion, salmon, shrimp and spinach, crab, pork shu mai and others. Each order comes with two dumplings, and prices are $3 to $4 per order. Reservations are accepted for parties of eight or more. Mark your calendars for May 2. That’s when the 2nd Annual Spring Downtown Dine O’Round kicks off.
