Dutch Oven Recipe: Cranberry Coated Game Hens

Ingredients
1 small bag of mini carrots
10 small red baby potatoes
2 onion sliced
4 game hens

(To inject into the game hens)
1/2 cube Butter
1 Clove of Garlic

(To coat the hens during cooking process)
1/4 cup Cranberry Sauce
1/4 cup Orange Juice Concentrate
1/4 cup Corn Syrup

Bread Stuffing Mix
Place a 1/4 inch rack on bottom of Dutch Oven to let grease drain
Prepare stuffing before hand
Wash game hens thoroughly and pat dry
Inject game hens with butter garlic mixture
Stuff hens with 1/4 cup bread stuffing
Chop onions and potatoes into bite sized pieces
Place hens and vegetables into Dutch Oven
Place about 15 coals on bottom 20 on top keep checking to see if its to hot
About 1/2 hour into cooking process coast with cranberry sauce mixture
Keep coating about every 1/2 hour till done takes about 1-11/2 hours to cook
