Dutch Oven Recipe: Max Power's Killer Dutch Oven Chili

Ingredients
lbs. ground beef
1 large red onion- chopped
1 large green pepper- chopped
3 cans (16oz) Kidney Beans
3 cans (16 oz) Stewed tomatoes- chopped
3 cans (16oz) Enchilada Sauce
3 tsp Chili Powder
1 Jalapeno Pepper- chopped
2 tsp Oregano
2 tsp Cumin
1 Clove Garlic
Salt
Pepper

Directions
Brown ground beef with salt and pepper. Add onion and green pepper. Cook till soft. Add rest of ingredients to taste. Simmer at least 2 hours. Use 12 inch Dutch Oven.

Serves 6-8
