The owners' motto is "We're not good because we're old. We're old because we're good." Generous portions and fair prices make this slimmed-down version of the Eating Establishment enticing, serving up everything from omelets, bagels & lox and biscuits and gravy for breakfast to mountain trout and Prime rib at dinner time, with burgers, sandwiches and fish tacos in between.
