If you're intrigued by the wide variety of culinary spices but aren't sure where to begin, this is the class for you. Our instructor will introduce you to the art – and wonder – of cooking with spices. You'll work alongside classmates learning to prepare four essential spice mixes: Garam Masala, Za'Atar, Adobo, and Ras El Hanout. Plus, we'll share secrets for toasting and grinding spices to achieve maximum flavor.
