Fratelli Ristorante pairs with Epic Brewing for an epic beer dinner

On Sunday, June 14th, 2015, Epic Brewery will team up with Fratelli Ristorante for what promises to be an epic beer pairing dinner featuring Epic beers.

Epic is one of Utah's first breweries since prohibition to brew exclusively high alcohol content beer.

The menu looks great and includes:

Bratwurst Kale Salad with Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

Raviolo da Uova with Black Truffles

Smoked Buffalo Short Ribs

Beer Float Dessert

Each course will be paired with beers from Epic Brewing and brewery staff will be on hand to chat and answer any questions attendees might have.

The Epic beer pairing dinner is $30 per person for food and $25 for the (optional) beer pairings. A full bar/wine selection will also be available at additional cost.
