Classics hoagies include the Italian, Cheesesteak, Buffalo Chicken and Chicken, Eggplant and Meatball Parmesan. Regional cult favorites include the Chicken Cutlet and Slaw, the Pittsburgh (Hot Pastrami, Slaw, French Fries and Melted Provolone) and the Roast Pork (Slow Roasted Italian Pork with Garlic Broccoli Rabe, Roasted Red Peppers and Sharp Provolone).
