Even the name "Fillings & Emulsions" is a play on the words "feelings and emotions," appropriate terms associated with sweets and delights. My personal favorite pastry is the berry-and-pistachio cheesecake, although the multi-colored and flavored macarons are a huge hit. On Fridays and Saturdays, take home an array of freshly baked breads, such as the French baguette.
