Fondue and Wine Party

Fondue is a fun dish to prepare because it is almost always shared with others. In this class, you will prepare different styles of fondue from traditional cheese fondue to Asian-inspired "shabu shabu". We will then pair each fondue, (including a chocolate dessert fondue!) with wines from around the world.
