Join Chef Mollie for a delicious trip to the French countryside. Provence is a French maritime province. The region is known, and loved, for its wines and cuisine. The term, a la Provencal, is used to describe dishes from Provence. In this class, students will prepare a classic French menu that explores and utilizes the abundant riches of Provence’s native ingredients. This class will also delve into the Provence tradition of cooking with wine.
