Our instructor will walk you through techniques for making decadently creamy soup, succulent roast turkey and an amazing pan sauce. You'll enjoy working alongside other students learning secrets for cooking vegetables to perfection–from blanching and roasting to sous vide cooking. Plus, we'll share secrets for making a show-stopping, autumn-inspired dessert.
