Delight family and friends by adding an Italian flair to your fall entertaining. In this fun, hands-on class, we'll combine classic Italian flavors with seasonal ingredients to create dishes worthy of celebration. You'll work alongside other students learning everything from basic knife skills to roasting and braising techniques. Our instructor will share secrets for cooking white beans, preparing herb-crusted salmon, and making a creamy risotto. Then we'll end on a sweet note with decadent chocolate-espresso panna cotta, a quintessential Italian dessert.
