Greg Behrendt is not the guy who builds houses for families in need, he often tells disappointed, autograph-seeking fans of his doppelganger, Ty Pennington. But Behrendt’s business, too, is helping people—although it’s more about sex. Fame/infamy followed his comical self-help book He’s Just Not That Into You, and the stand-up comedian is still dishing out advice years later.

On his most recent album, That Guy From That Thing (2009), he riffs on the “Simple Rules About Sex”—Women: Those exasperated sighs during unsatisfying sex don’t help. On “Being a Bro,” he urges bros to give each other straight-up feedback (about nose hair and such).

For this special “Uncool” event, Behrendt will probably dig up oldies from Greg Behrendt Is Uncool, like how he transitioned from fronting ska band Reigning Monarchs to being a suburban dad. Self-deprecating he may be, but Behrendt is at least cooler than Ty Pennington.
