Italian Wine Dinner

When: Fri., Oct. 10, 6:30 p.m. 2014

From the top of the “boot” to the bottom, tradition runs strong in both the culinary and winemaking styles. Chef Kimberly Larsen and Wine Educator Sheral Schowe will lead you through a food and wine journey, beginning with Northern Italy, progressing through Tuscany, and concluding with Italy’s largest winemaking region, Sicily. Five courses will be paired with regional wines.
