The Layton restaurant's rice noodle soup special contains barbecued pork, shrimp and crab. Fondue dishes at Kim Long include beef with vinegar broth, shrimp, squid or a combination of all three. Unique to Kim Long is nuong vi, where you grill your own food right at your table. There’s also chow mein and lo mein on the menu. And be sure to try a boba drink: tons of flavors including red bean and banana.
