Ming is a Chinese chef with more than 18 years of experience, and all of the great-tasting dishes at Ming's Garden are proof of Ming's abilities. Having owned a restaurant in San Francisco for more than 10 years, Ming is now in Salt Lake City continuing with his cooking traditions. The Chinese menu ranges from hot and sour soup and mu shu pork to ma por bean cakes, pon pon chicken, honey-walnut prawns and calamari with spicy salt. Vegetarians will appreciate the broccoli with garlic sauce, braised tofu, mu shu veggies and spicy salted tofu. For something special, try the seafood in a clay hot pot or pork chop on a sizzling hot plate. Ming's also offers free delivery with a minimum purchase.
