The case of Troy Davis is not an aberration. It’s a test case.

Nazi Republicans are pushing the limits of whom they can murder and get away with it. They succeeded in murdering a black man in a case where there are truckloads of reasonable doubt and will continue pushing that limit until they’ve achieved the level of mass murders and genocides of their German Nazi mentors.

And that explains why Mormon Church leaders here have been completely silent about this grotesque injustice. They support it.
