As you might guess from the name, Naked Fish in Salt Lake City specializes in sashimi, sushi, maki, nigiri and such, but this restaurant doesn’t stop there. Other dining options include the glazed Pacific Rim pork ribs, miso-glazed sea bass, lettuce cups and tempera,. and don’t pass up the mind-blowing Wagyu beef. This is the real thing: all-natural Japanese strip loin imported from the Miyazaki prefecture on Kyushu Island. The place might be called Naked Fish, but the beef is stupendous.
