Pie Day

What is Pie Day? It’s the day before Thanksgiving where family and friends gather together and make delicious, beautiful pies for their holiday feasts. Amy Christensen, chef instructor, has been celebrating Pie Day for over three decades and she’s bringing it to the Salt Lake Culinary Center. Join her for this fun, information Open-House style class where students will take home whole pies for their special holiday celebrations.
