Restaurant Details

The decor: a long, narrow dining room is lined with purple, milk-glass lampshades that lend a soft, warm glow complimented by purple-tufted booths. Hand-painted scrims of purple sage stems hang from the ceiling, dividing the booths and creating an intimate dining experience. In the back, the bar area tables are surrounded by a western scene of bucking bronco riders, majestic purple mountains and lots of big blue sky, painted by local artist Wes Wright. Signature dishes include sugar and chile-cured duck breast, grilled veal meatloaf and fried Utah rainbow trout.
