Restaurants of the People

How about reviewing restaurants that your readers can afford instead of resort restaurants with $150-per-person tabs [“Seeking Solitude,” Aug. 30, City Weekly]? I used to look forward to Ted Scheffler’s reviews, but the last useful one I can remember is the one of Siragusa, which we visit every time we attend Hale Centre Theatre.

City Weekly has now provided me with enough reviews of high-end restaurants to last me a lifetime of special occasions. How about coming back down to earth and providing a useful service to your faithful readers and, indeed, the worthwhile reasonably priced restaurants in the Salt Lake Valley that deserve our support?
