Our instructor will introduce you to the ingredients and spices that make Indian cuisine so uniquely delicious. You’ll work alongside classmates learning techniques for everything from braising chicken to making traditional naan bread. Plus, we’ll share secrets for creating your own curry and raita, then finish off on a sweet note with a creamy, autumn-inspired custard.
