Every piece is carefully arranged with garnishes and dots and dabs of sauce so you’re not just getting a meal, you’re getting an intricate, colorful work of art. Try the Key West, Dragon, Winter, Pacific, Dynamite and BMW special rolls, or nigiri options that include eel, octopus, mackerel, tuna and more. A roll with an especially fun look is the soft-shell crab (spider) roll arranged on the plate over a spiderweb of sweet sauce.
