3 Gourmet Dinner Courses for $30 Every Tuesday


In case you hadn't heard, one of the best dining bargains in town is "Tasting Tuesdays" at Franck's restaurant in Holladay.

Every Tuesday Franck's offers a three-course dinner priced at a mere $30 per person.

The Tasting Tuesday menu changes weekly. This week's menu for May 5th is as follows:

1st course: Confit Chicken Wing Basteeya, Gorgonzola Pudding, House Made Hot Sauce, Compressed Celery, Pickled Grapes, Crispy Quinoa,Cumin Scented Carrot, Celery Leaves

2nd course: Utah Lamb Belly Pho, 48 Hour Pho Broth,Sous Vide Egg, Top Ramen Dumplings, Sriracha Froth,Herbs, Soy Sprouts

3rd course: “Root Beer Float” (kinda), Root Beer Tapioca Pudding, Nilla Wafer Sponge, Vanilla Bean Miso Pot De Crème, Smoked Hazelnut Praline
