A little bite of Tuscany awaits! Imagine you’re standing atop the sun-soaked rolling hills of Tuscany – sunflowers as far as the eye can see and olive groves bursting with fragrance. I may not be able to bring Tuscany’s sights, sounds and fragrances to you but this class will definitely bring you closer to the food. Students in this class will prepare an entire Tuscan Feast including recipes such as Lamb Chop Lollies and Lobster Risotto. Not to be missed, this is the menu for the ages!
