Vegetarian Holiday Dishes

With autumn's bounty of fresh flavors, it's easy to create delicious vegetarian dishes to please everyone. In this hands-on class, you'll practice a variety of techniques for preparing vegetables–from roasting and sautéing to making a savory soufflé. You'll work alongside other students learning to incorporate spices, cook with ancient grains, create easy homemade vinaigrette and more.
