Pago is an intimate, farm-to-table restaurant in the bustling 9th & 9th neighborhood near downtown Salt Lake City. Owner Scott Evans is committed to seeking out quality products from local growers, farms and artisans. Pago is also an RSA restaurant (Restaurant Supported Agriculture), meaning it invests directly in local farms such as East Farms and Bell Organic. Vibrant cinnamon-infused beets topped with Greek yogurt, crunchy granola, fresh greens and truffled honey are incredible. Ditto the bite-size, puffy potato pillows topped with creme fraiche, chives and American caviar. For lunch, give the superb Wagyu steak salad a try. Wines by the glass are available by bottle, as well as three- and five-ounce pours from the cruvinet system. There’s a nice beer selection, too. Pago is also known for its weekend brunch.
