Wasatch Pizza offers mouthwatering combinations that cater to adult tastes throughout the Wasatch Front of Salt Lake City. They satisfy the taste of the traditionalist, culinary experimenter, carnivore and vegetarian. The carefully-crafted dough is made fresh at the downtown location and rests for a full day until it's perfectly balanced to create that slightly chewy Italian peasant crust. Only the finest cheeses are used to create Wasatch's original recipes. Sauce options include a choice of house-made marinara, fresh pesto, olive paste, Cajun, Alfredo, and even a Dijonnaise base. You can go esoteric with The Northwest--a lavish blend of smoked salmon, shrimp, capers, mushrooms, red onions, smoked gouda, rosemary and pine nuts and olive paste. Or, try something more traditional with the Grizzly Gulch--sausage, artichoke hearts, feta, and mozzarella on pesto or marinara.
