The third class in our Whiskey Series explores the most densely populated region in Scotland, populated with distilleries that is. We will travel along the River Spey and explore the whisky that is made from it's cooling waters. At the same time we will examine why this region became such a popular home for distillers in the first place and try some of the wonderful drams that the region's well known collaborative competition have given birthed. See for yourself! As always, your whiskey will be expertly paired with cheeses from our Cheese Cave, charcuterie from our Butcher Shop, and many other delicious selections from our award-winning Market.
