First, Carl Wimmer wants to designate a state gun, and second, he wants to do away with concealed-gun permits. How about instead of either, let’s designate a state buffoon, namely Wimmer—seeing that he has clearly demonstrated that he is one, and is a dead ringer for the late great comic Oliver Hardy.
