Robert Redford meets Martha Stewart at this cozy but-hip Sundance-owned restaurant, opened by Redford in 1995. Located in the old Union Pacific Depot at the bottom of Park City’s historic Main Street, Zoom is casual but elegant dining in a unique setting. It’s hard to beat the pecan-encrusted trout after you’ve started off with the seared scallops, truffle mac & cheese or the spicy Buffalo onion rings. And there’s a well-selected wine list to accompany Zoom’s rustic American cuisine.
