I just returned from enjoying my final meatball sandwich at Musumeci's Italian Deli. --- Rod Decker was there shouting/filming a spot for KUTV, the Deseret News was on hand, and the lines were long. But, as always, the meatball sandwich was worth the wait.
In case you haven't heard, Musumeci's is closing. The building that has housed Musumeci's for all these years is being torn down.
So, you have one final day to savor Musumeci's homestyle Italian deli food and service. Friday, August 21, is Musumeci's last day in business. Another classic goes the way of the dodo.
