Banksy Strikes SLC?

Word is out that Britain’s guerrilla graffiti artist, the renowned Banksy, may have struck Utah. The Trib reported that a spray paint mural of the artist’s caliber appeared Tuesday morning on the wall of a coffee shop in Park City. Recently another tag%uFFFD(pictured) has shown up on the back wall of downtown’s dead Zephyr club at 300 S. West Temple.---

%uFFFDThe pictures haven’t been confirmed as Banksy’s although it’s probably no coincidence that a documentary of the artist’s works called Exit Through the Gift Shop, is expected to be featured at this year’s festival, as a surprise spotlight.

If it’s not the work of Banksy, then the artist responsible should be proud. Your work is the most love the Zephyr has seen in ages.
