Members of the Anti-Hunger Action Committee recently recorded their own version(s) of the Great Depression classic, "Brother, Can You Spare a Dime." They've dedicated their version to Salt Lake City Mayor Ralph Becker whose office has been advocating for new restrictions on panhandling during what some say is the worst recession since the 1930s.---
