The dinners kick off with Harp-marinated sea scallops & greens paired with Harp Lager, followed by a 4-onion soup medley with Smithwicks Amber Ale. The main course is Guinness-marinated Snake River Farms Kobe flank steak and black & tan mac 'n' cheese paired with Guinness Stout. For dessert, there's a "local trio" of Cold Stone extra stout marble ice cream, Sweet Tooth Fairy's Guinness cupcake and a sampling of Amano chocolates -- all paired with Guinness Extra Stout.
